How do I store Pawlé treats?

Keep them:

  • Sealed
  • Cool & dry

Once opened → consume relatively quickly.
Why don’t they last as long as store treats?

Because we refuse to fake shelf life.

Shipping and Returns

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Orders are processed within a few days, with estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Because our treats are made with real, perishable ingredients, we don’t accept returns.

That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it.
